Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. »

Although needs something to keep the mattress topper on the beds better. Although this place is classed as an hostel the amenities makes this a whole lot better. "Désagréable surprise, la piscine et le sauna étaient fermés pour travaux. En remplacement, il nous a été offert l'accès à la piscine du Movenpick (10mn à pied par moins 15°), bien moins luxueuse et surpeuplée. De plus, le bar du 31e étage avec vue sur la ville était fermé au public pour un évènement privé ! Il n'a réouvert que le dimanche à 15h00, heure à laquelle nous devions repartie pour l'aéroport. Donc grosse déception… Appelez l'hôtel avant toute réservation pour savoir si les infrastructures proposées seront bien ouvertes"
