Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. The house was very clean with an excellent layout for small kids and adults. It was centrally located and the kitchen offered all of the appliances you would need. Our one complaint was that all of the beds in the 4 bedrooms have very firm mattresses and were uncomfortable to sleep in. The beds could certainly use an upgrade and attention to comfort. We enjoyed the location of this property and the view from the front deck. However, upon arrival we had to wait for the property manager to assist with entry as the wrong code was provided. Not a huge inconvenience and problem solved within 15 mins. The house smelled of musty mildew when entering, mainly due to the carpeting on the steps. I’d suggest replacing carpet on stairs and bedrooms with same flooring elsewhere in the home. Carpet just feels dirty. The house is bare bones. No games, puzzles or books to enjoy. Kitchen is well stocked with all of the necessities to cook and prepare meals but not a single salt or pepper shaker or any spices whatsoever. With a little TLC this would be a wonderful vacation rental. Not sure I would book again. ##### Tammy S. It was a rainy week at the beach but we enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping, doing our part for the economy! The elevator was great to move our supplies to the kitchen and allowed my Mom to get from floor to floor. The house also has cable television! (Much nicer than the streaming!!) I highly recommend this property, the only downside is the distance to walk to beach access. The walk is is not difficult but not possible for our older family. ##### Lora F.
