The room was a little small but about average for rooms in Japan. The service was good. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. I found I missed one of the bluetooth ear phones when I arrived in airport. I had not use it except in hotel room. Thus, I am quite sure the ear phone had left in the room. I tried to call to the hotel front desk but your side replied that my room has been used by another customer. Your side could not check the room at that moment.
