« The upside Views and birdlife were amazing Room was ok decent bed and decent washroom The downside Property is not walkable at all. The steps are high, uneven, with stones sticking out and few places to hold while ascending and descending steep areas. The only restaurant is down a steep descent. Since the property is in a remote area this is the only eating option. Breakfast buffet was below average. The property overall has a rundown look to it. The entrance road is in disrepair. »

« Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could. »

« Accueil attentionné et efficace. localisation un peu excentré ( 14 mn de taxi ou rickshaw de la station de bus ) mais c’est la rançon d’une vue époustouflante sur la vallée. L’hôtel tout habillé de bois et pierre est agencé de façon contemporaine avec goût. La restauration est de qualité,orchestrée par un chef sympathique. La chambre était vaste et très confortable avec évidemment une vue merveilleuse. Un hôtel qui a de la classe ! »

« Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. »

« This property was extremely clean. You were greeted with the Hindi red dot on your forehead. the property has a gym, spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, helipad, and rooms with balconies that showcase the beautiful views of Munnar. The only downfall was the breakfast for me - it was cold and not the best. The fresh juice was great! but i would not recommend having breakfast here. Munnar itself has so much to do and see so the options around are endless. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English...

« Not really a 5 star, room and bathroom not very big, we had much better elsewhere, but splendid view and comfortable bed. Service in restaurant was great thanks to its manager! Noisy hotel, room doors not sound insulated while children play and scream in the corridors until 11pm and from 7:30am! Noisy dining room too, as often in India. hotel out of the way, a little far from everything. Apparently this hotel does not provide anything for the Driver unfortunately, except 2 washrooms for lots of...
