10/10 Excellent

"Room was very clean, as well as all other areas. Breakfast was nicer than I thought. Eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, pancakes and waffles, yogurt & fruit, bagels & English muffins. Staff very friendly and attendant for breakfast very helpful and kind. Overall a great stay with ample parking. We did not use pool but that looked nice."

"Floor probably was never cleaned, smelled like fabuloso cleaner was sprayed to stink room up as if it was cleaned. Homeless chain smokers outside the room all day and night. Noisy parking lot with questionable looking folks walking around. Homeless guy living out of his car outside my door. Couldn't sleep due to not feeling safe. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets and bread. Pool looked as if never cleaned. Bed felt like it may fall apart if I moved too much.they took $100 deposit and kept it saying someone urinated in the bed which was a lie. Basically was a nightmare to stay here. I am disputing the $100 and canceled my credit card so they can't try and charge anything else. Two days after I checked out the deposit showed refunded then it was charged again. I bethel are committing credit card fraud so beware."

"My only issue was check in, only one person trying her best to check in a few families no help at all, nobody came to help her at all, everything else was good, room was clean, pool was nice with the exception of no towels available had to use the towels from the room then get it replaced"

"We just stayed for the night, so we didn’t use any of the amenities that the hotel offer, like the pool or breakfast. Our first room had an AC unit that didn’t work great and the room was hot. They moved us to another room upon request, which was nice of them. The next room had working AC, but the hotel card reader on the door needed new batteries, just typical maintenance. The air in the second room did work, but still didn’t cool as much as we wanted it to. The was also an outlet next to a bed that didn’t work. The room was pretty clean, but the bathroom was just ok I’d say. I found a couple hairs but they were in out of the way spots where only I’d check lol. The hotel lobby was very nice, but the building we stayed in looked a little weathered and a not as well maintained in my opinion. Overall, the stay was good, but for the price point I’d expect more upkeep and cleanliness."
