**This home is a Saturday-Saturday rental from June through August**

**No student groups. Primary renter as well as majority of adults must be at least 25 years of age**

Complete renovation! Bring the whole family! Perfect spot in Surfside Beach! Located in Floral Lakes, this house has the ideal setting. Just steps to the beach or the park, there's plenty to do right outside the front door. With a private pool and outside entertaining area, you may be content to not leave at all. This home has everything that you would expect in a fresh renovation. New flooring, new appliances, new mattresses, new LED tv's in all bedrooms. This home will not disappoint! With plenty of space for the family, come enjoy the "Family Beach" of the Grand Strand!

We had an excellent stay at this property. Everyone loved having a private po. The house was very spacious for our party of 11. Everyone we met in the neighborhood was very friendly and the beach was awesome every day. We would absolutely go to this property again.

Surfside Beach SC family vacay
Stayed over the week of 4th of July and couldn’t have been happier. House was a short walk to the beach and a playground perfect for our 4 year old granddaughter. Private pool was perfect as well. The neighborhood was quiet and little traffic. Wish we would have taken our little’s bike.

Loved the location and house. But had to much chlorine in pool. Kids got rashes. Could be cleaned a little better had stuff under beds like a baby bottle and food crumbs

Perfect House
This is our second year staying here. It is perfect for our group with the 5 bedrooms. We really enjoy the covered area below every night. There's enough room at the table for everyone and I like the openess of the kitchen area. We will be back!
