As of Winter 2025, this condo has been thoughtfully refreshed from top to bottom, and the transformation is something we are truly excited to share. Freshly painted walls in warm, welcoming tones create a soothing atmosphere, while brand new furniture throughout the condo adds a modern and polished feel. In the bathroom, a new lighted defogging mirror brings a touch of luxury and convenience to your daily routine. The living area now features a new 55 inch TV perfectly positioned for cozy movie nights after long beach days. New décor enhances the coastal vibe, and even the shower has been upgraded with a new light and exhaust system, ensuring every detail feels clean, comfortable, and well cared for. We are confident you will feel right at home the moment you step inside.



The fully equipped kitchen makes vacation living effortless. With full size appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and toaster, you will have everything you need to enjoy meals at your own pace. Ample cabinet space keeps groceries and snacks organized, whether you are preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner in after a day of adventure. And when dining out sounds more appealing, Myrtle Beach’s incredible restaurants are just minutes away, with Uber Eats and DoorDash ready to deliver your favorite local flavors right to your door.

Located at Ocean Reef, this unit is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most loved attractions. Ocean Reef is situated on the Northern end of Myrtle Beach, but still close enough to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance of the resort, and central Myrtle Beach is about a 10 minute drive (with traffic). The Myrtle Beach International Airport is only a 15 minute drive from Ocean Reef!



It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 21 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 21 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 21 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
