  • Luxury home located in North Beach. 4 bedrooms all have private en suite baths. Large family room opens to custom gourmet kitchen featuring oversized island, stainless appliances, walk in pantry, large laundry room and more. Breakaway doors lead out to private pool. Seating areas offer outdoor kitchen and mature landscaping for maximum privacy. North Beach resort offers 2.5 acres of complimentary pools, lazy river, swim up bar, games, pool towels, golf cart shuttle service, restaurants, gym and spa.

    Note: We do have 3 exterior surveillance cameras (front and back patio/pool area) and a ring door bell for your safety and security, and ours.

Amazing house. The pool was great and it’s a great location, being near the resort. The resort offer a shuttle and we took it to the resort but also to the shops and restaurants nearby. Mark, the host, was extremely responsive. The coffee machine stopped working and he shipped one to us right away.

Wonderful home for a family vacation

Our family had a very enjoyable week staying in this vacation home. It was beautifully furnished and it was just as described on the listing. The grill was very nice and cooking on it was a treat. Mark kept us up to date with check-in and it was easy. We would definitely recommend staying here!

You can’t go wrong with choosing this property. Everything was as described or better. It’s a perfect home in a perfect location. Mark was fantastic and responsive to any question that we had. An amazing trip with thanks to this property.

Absolutely wonderful!

The house was very clean, quiet and well stocked. With a short walk along the quiet road, you have access to the resort that is included in your stay. The resort is very clean and quiet with friendly staff and several pools/hot tubs to enjoy. Mark was great to work with and would respond promptly to any questions or concerns. We have stayed in Myrtle Beach for the past seven years, and this year by far has been the best. We are already looking forward to next year.

The BEST

This home is incredibly beautiful and located in a very peaceful, but centrally located, community in NMB. Our grands loved riding their scooters, and it was a short walk to the pools and beach. The owner, Mark, communicated with us both timely and professionally. He was great to deal with and even got us in a bit early for checkin. We are most of our meals in, and we’re able to make everything from pancakes to grilled fajitas and guac. Bedrooms were beautifully appointed and the beds were comfortable. Lots of room in the living room for our grands to play. Having the laundry room on the first floor, and full access to the garage, were big pluses. Stay here! You will be so glad you did!

LOVED this place! It is gorgeous. Very spacious. Kids loved being able to come back to our own pool after a day at the beach. We loved sitting under the covered porch next to the pool. I timed the walk to beach it was 5 min easy walk but there is a golf cart shuttle that picked us up a few times to drop us off. No check in process - owner provides code. I like that it’s privately owned as I feel you get a better place with more personal touches. Had plenty of extra beach toys etc in the garage as well. Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect place for our family with two sets of grandparents and two young teenagers while visiting for a baseball tournament. Short walk to all the resort ammenities and beach. Nice outdoor living space and open floor plan for spending time together indoors. Tons of dining options across highway 17 at the Barefoot Landing.

Wonderful Vacation

Outstanding Property

The decor, location, house layout, amenities, and attention to detail of this home were outstanding! The private pool was spacious enough for our family gatherings and the multiple pools available to us through the resort were a short walking distance as was the public beach access. I would rate this property as a luxury rental!

Fantastic house, best home we have ever rented!!

The property is absolutely beautiful, we were all so pleased with the home and truly enjoyed our stay. The house is decorated beautifully and we could not have been happier. The kids really, really, really enjoyed the pool!! This is the perfect vacation rental, I would highly recommend staying here. Top notch and Mark was great to work with. Book this house!!!

We loved this property! Better than the photos online. Mark was so organized with his detailed information that every question was answered in advance. He was also just a text message away for anything that came up during our stay. The pool with the house was an added bonus for the kids. The walk to the community pools and beach were an easy 5 minute walk for all. I would highly recommend this property and would hope to return again in the future.

We loved the house. Location great. Host great. My grands loved the pool. The house is decorated very nice with beautiful ceilings. The back is really nice. Outdoor area we really enjoyed when it wasn’t raining. North Beach is such an awesome place to stay and this was my adult kids fav house n there ever and we’ve stayed there prob 30 or more times. We usually rent homes that r a lot bigger but this one is designed n a way it worked just as well. We had five adults and two very active kids ten and three and it was great for everyone. Always a plus for us older people to have downstairs bedrooms. This one had two and the master was very nice with a gorgeous bathroom. Rent this house. You’ll b happy u did

Our best visit to North Beach Towers yet!

We have stayed in the condos several times as well as in the private houses. This has, by far, been our best experience. Check-in was a breeze. The home was exactly like advertised. The bed, furnishings and linens were comfortable. Compared to other places, the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The management was extremely responsive and hospitable. It was a very short walk to the pool area/beach and even young ones are fine with the walk, although, you can also drive and park in the towers if that suits you. We did not have a single issue and would highly recommend staying here!

3 Generations - 50th Anniversary Celebration

My wife and I our, adult kids, a spouse, and grandkids got together at this fantastic house for a week. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the house was even nicer in person than the pictures depicted. We had plenty of room and the young grandkids LOVED the pool. In addition, you have access to the pools at the resort and the beach, all within easy walking distance - the 4 year old and the 73 year old (me) both easily walked from the house, through the pool area to the beach, waded a few minutes, and walked back. The house had everything we needed and plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors. This is the best equipped and laid out house I have ever rented for a larger group. I would definitely stay here again.

Mark was outstanding during the months leading up to our arrival, with his timely and thorough communications! Mark’s check-in process was fantastic and helpful! The house was excellent. It was very clean, and breathtaking. We all loved the decor, and a very comfortable and welcoming house!! Mark was very prompt with answers to our questions l.
