Where do I start?? The rooms are not what are shown in the pictures. Our room 1558 needed a LOT of maintenance, the master bath sink had something brown growing under the edge of countertop overhang of sink. The rugs I don’t think had been vacuumed recently. There was hair all over it, & the couch & chairs were filthy with stains. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony because the people below us would blast their rap music, & smoke marijuana. The pools & lazy river had missing tiles, one afternoon the maintenance was working on the pool paver edges, cutting & pavers while people were trying to enjoy the nice sunny day swimming & lounging. We were so disappointed in our stay, staff weren’t helpful & a few were rude during our stay. Also stay away from the concierge, she’s going to try & sell you on a Wyndham Club timeshare, waisting valuable time, instead of spending with my family. The whole stay there was a HUGE disappointment. We will be back to Myrtle Beach next year but believe me when I say we’ll be staying at a Marriot or Sheritton. I have plenty of pictures I wish o could post!

Rooms were spacious and pretty. Cleaning service was minimal, parking was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again, avoiding the front desk suggestion to chat with the timeshare lady by the Starbucks entrance. The value for what I paid was outstanding. The few things above could have been better but that is really just nit picking. Would recommended to my friends and family.

The room itself was very dirty. We didnt sit on the couch or chair our entire visit because they were covered in hair. The dressers were very dirty so we kept our clothes in our suitcase. The oven, when we tried to cook, had such a horrible burning smell, we had to only use to stove top. Walls, kitchen chairs, doors, counters, tables all had to be washed/cleaned before i would unpack. All in all, it will be a poor rating for the room. The front desk clerk wasnt overly welcoming or friendly, she didnt seem to like her job very much. The pool and hot tub were good, and parking was convenient.

The place was beautiful , but beware of room 857 it has bedbugs we have to change rooms in the middle of the night. I never came back to that hotel.

Everything was 10/10, I enjoyed my weekend getaway! Loved having Starbucks apart of the hotel. Parking was great. Loved how the ice markers were on several floors beside a drink machine. The view was amazing. Staff was friendly! I will be adding this hotel to my favorite hotel list.

1 out of the 3 hot tubs was working properly, the key cards to the doors did not work they changed my rooms twice and still had a faulty lock. The lazy river wasn’t working at all for the 3 days we stayed.

I liked that parking was on the floor of your room. I did not like that I saw 4 baby roaches. The room was very clean, spotless but those, bothered me. It was all together a really good place for fun and relaxation!!
