Located on the 3rd floor of the Windemere building, this end-unit condo offers extra sunlight, beautiful ocean views, and the convenience of same-level parking—park right outside your door and walk straight into your vacation home!

    Built in 1985 and recently updated, this condo blends coastal charm with modern comfort. You’ll enjoy remodeled bathrooms, new flooring, a stylish kitchen backsplash, and brand-new appliances, including an LG 55” Smart TV for relaxing movie nights.

Windemere #301 is a nice 4 bed/ 3 bath condo. We liked the condo’s location, beautiful direct oceanfront views & the ease in parking close to the condo. We are a multigenerational family of 7 adults & two children. The kitchen layout & newer appliances made meals easier to prepare and serve. We enjoyed using the indoor pool, grill, & seating areas to lounge, eat & relax, The beach is easy to access too.When I had a question I received an answered quickly. Thank you!

We had a great stay during April break. We appreciated the close parking, the well maintained condo and building, and the quiet area right on the beach. The host was quick to respond to any questions or needs. We also appreciated being able to check in a little early after driving 18 hours over night. The only thing we would have preferred is beach chairs and beach towels being available. We did buy chairs and had to leave them after our stay due to a very packed vehicle.

We had a great experience with this condo. Our group was 5 adults and 4 children. The bedrooms were well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and the views from the living room. Parking basically right outside the entrance was an extra nice bonus. The buildings indoor pool and hot tub were perfect as there were a few cooler days.Shops and restaurants were close by many within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent with very quick response and receptiveness to our inquiry. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Very nice condo and plenty of room for our girls trip of 6 people, parking was great right outside of the condo for easy unloading and loading. This is a corner unit and was very quiet. Would stay here again.

Parking and entering our unit was a breeze. The unit is exactly as pictured on web site. It was very clean; we spent a lot of our time on the terrace taking in the beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The location of the condo was perfect for us. Close to restaurants and near our friends who also were there to play golf with us.
