The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was good, not a whole lot of options, but they do have waffles you can make yourself. The fan in the room we were in, was very loud. Other than that, I have no real negative things to say.

Ok for the money nothing really bad. My one issue. I went into the Gym. The Gym smelled like MOLD & stankin' a$$. I would stay there again , because it was clean enough, convenient and had a decent breakfast. Staff really nice and helpful

I usually stay at your hotels, and although typically I am happy, with this stay I was not. I never "write reviews." *the room was dingy *the carpets needed to be cleaned *there was sand on carpet (we had not gone to beach yet) *the TV frame and base was cracked, broken, and had a line running down side of picture when watching *the remote control batteries were dying so you had to stand in front of it to change channel *the showerhead was half clogged *the vent above the shower on the wall was dirty *the shower was not cleaned well *one of the bath towels had toothpaste on it (from a previous guest) *the bed closest to the bathroom was not changed after the last guest (the bed was made with the sheet sideways, a maid wouldnt do that) *the tissue box had about 5 tissues left in it *the toilet paper roll was almost empty *there was only one cup and set up in the coffee maker *the ac/heater needs filter cleaned *the woman in the breakfast area was rude, it was 9:58 and she had partially shut one of the doors going into the food and juice area, but the other was open and so I was going to refill my juice and she wouldn't let me in the room, she said "I'm closed", and I said I just wanted to refill my juice, we were the only ones in the dining area still I was waiting on my friend to finish. she shut the door. why I didn't complain then and request a new room, there was a ball team staying there and I overheard someone at check-in say they were fully booked.

The front desk staff and security were nice and resourceful. The rooms need some work when it comes to cleaning. Perhaps they should be checking behind their cleaning crew because our room didn’t look clean at all upon arrival. There were big crumbs on the floor from the last guests I’m assuming, the room appeared to have not been vacuumed… which I found to be odd. I even had to ask for toiletries from one of the cleaning staff while she was in the hall ( soaps, shampoo , conditioner) to be replaced in the room because they hadn’t had them in place when we got the room.. there was just a half used shampoo bottle. As if they didn’t get around to finishing the cleaning. Another example was the mirror, it had literal smudges and stains from the last guest ( I’m assuming) , like it hadn’t been wiped down at all. The lamps and stuff on tables were dusty as well. All in all I truly wanted to enjoy my stay because again, the staff were kind and helpful in some areas, but the cleaning has a long way to go at least in the room that we were given. Also I enjoyed the proximity to food and fun. It is a great area for convenience.

I didn't like when I checked in that I had to pay $5.00 for parking. I had already paid for my room, so I had to pay or I would have lost the cost of my room.

I would pick easy parking but they do not inform you or give you an option to pay ahead when you get there you find out you have to pay $5 a day just to park in their parking lot even if you purchase a room. Also our TV volume wouldn't go past 22 so you couldn't hear much of it. Also showers is hard to adjust it's either scolding hot or cold.

Lovely hotel, however way over priced for the period. Bed very uncomfortable, our tv screen was half broken, the toilet had a leak and super noisy having adjoining rooms. We should have asked to change room earlier as when we did, we got given a better room. Breakfast was also very basic. Staff was lovely. And location was perfect.

The staff was pretty helpful . The towels were like sandpaper, and the coffee cups to take with you might as well have poked holes in them before you put them out for coffee .

The property was not clean, particularly the hallways. There were piles of of towels in hallways, piles of trash, and it was left for hours. There should be a system for cleaning, especially considering it appeared as though housekeeping was cleaning all night when our family was trying to sleep.

Did not like the fact that the guests had to pay to park at the hotel. Incident with police: On Tuesday evening, a police officer knocked on my door, accusing me of hitting another vehicle without proof. I told him to view the outside camera. He did not show up to my room after that. Overall, the hotel is a nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, and the fitness center was a great place to work out. I would recommend this place-just keep an eye on the police at Myrtle Beach.

I needed a pet friendly hotel when I moved to Texas. The price was right, including the nightly pet fee but the biggest thing for me was no pet odor anywhere in the hotel. The staff was excellent on all fronts.

My son & I stayed for 3 nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! It looks like the inside was recently renovated. The bathroom could have been cleaner. My son found a roach on a pillow when we first arrived. Fortunately, I normally bring my own cleaning supplies to clean. We didn't see any more critters while there. There was also a sewer smell. The pipe under the sink was exposed, which I thought was an eyesore! The front desk staff were ok, nothing to rave about. The breakfast was good. I guess you can't expect too much for the price.

I didn’t like I had to pay $5 a night to park, I didn’t see that on Expedia anywhere, I’m going to look again. The breakfast should have at least 1 meat!!! Everything else was great.
