Jan 25, 2022 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Listing accuracy #### Needs a lot of work The property is in a wonderful location. It needs a lot of repairs and maintenance. Windows are over 40 years old in the master bedroom. On cold evenings the temperature in the room got in the low 60's. I took 12 photos of issues that need repair and have sent them to the leasing agency. These issues were raised by others but were never addressed. ##### Jon k. Aug 30, 2021 #### Enjoyed our stay We loved the Condo location to the Beach Club and beach, very convenient. The overall condition was ok but we found black mold in several areas and I will be sending pictures in another e-mail.The over all conditions of the condo was good but under the beds and sofa's had not been clean all summer,I think. We had a three year old and the rugs in living area were not clean. I think the Condo would be better with our area rugs. I owned a rental house in Litchfield Beach for 18 years and thoroughly cleaned the house twice a year.I had hardwood floors so that things could be cleaned easily. Also there were two upright vacuums but were not good for tile floors. One of the vacuums was very hard to push. A canister vacuum would be much better. ##### John M. Jun 2, 2024 #### Some repairs needed This condo has an amazing view and convenient access to the beach and pool. There is no water hose at the access for the beach like most beaches I've ever been to have, so you have to enter the condo with Sandy feet each time. There were some small issues as reviewers have noted before, such as water damage in the back bathroom wall. But the major problem I think the homeowner/Peace vacations needs to address is the broken window in the master bedroom. It was literally taped close (which was doing nothing). I think someone tried to use wood glue as well. With windows in the unit not working it doesn't feel secure and I did try to let Peace Vacations know this during our stay. We never got an adequate response. It's quite expensive for this unit with all the repairs in dire need. ##### crystal h. It wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived. Sand and hair on the floors, a used washcloth and old soap in one of the bathrooms, lamp shade broken in the bedroom with twin beds. There is black mold in the skylight. The wall in the dining area is bulging. The stairway up to the unit is dark and dirty. It's very cramped. You have to turn sideways to go between some of the furniture. Really not worth the money charged for the week. We would not consider renting again. Aug 16, 2022 #### Poor We've rented through Peace Vacations for many years and always had good experiences with both the services and the properties we've stayed in. Unfortunately this property was an absolute dump. I went back an read the reviews on VRBO which were left after we had already booked. If I had read those in advance I never would have rented this place. I called the office after checked in to find another place to stay. It was after hours but eventually I did get someone that looked and couldn't find any other options. We will never stay there again. Honestly you shouldn't represent that property. There was mold on the air vents with water dripping down on the beds and floor. There was water damage on the walls. THe tile floors hadn't been cleaned probably since it was built. The sunroom was a terrible addition. I couldn't believe that it didn't have back porch or any kind of exit towards the ocean. I could go on an on. Aug 23, 2021 #### Bad Just pulling up to Sea Breeze and seeing the dungeon of a garage was not a good first impression. Then we entered and the walkway up to the plan was very dirty and ugly. got in to find out that there was no deck on the place, the ice maker was broke, the second bedroom with the queen bed had no dresser to store clothing, the pocket door on that bathroom didn't close. There was a hole in the wall in the living area. The vents for the air conditioner leaked droplets of water. We paid over $4,000.00 to stay here off season which is the most we ever paid and it was the worse place we ever stayed in. The outer surroundings were pretty and the pools were very nice and clean. The food at the pool place was very pricey. Needless to say not sure if we will ever be back to this perticulair area. I will say that Peace vacations did offer to buy us ice and sent maintenance up to fix the pocket door in the bathroom. They also are going to refund me some money back which all was greatly appreciated but it still was not a great vacation for us. we made the best of it and spent a lot of time on the beach and in Georgetown and Pawleys island.
