Unit was not that clean upon check in. Sand on the couches and floor was grimy. Rest of unit was nice. Appliances are brand new and there was a great washer /dryer. Listing said there would be 4 pool passes and a parking pass. There was only one pool pass and no parking passes. The local management company (Vacasa) was responsive but they received no response from the owner regarding the issue. The double bed in main bedroom sagged quite a bit so you rolled tot the middle of the bed. Twin beds in other room were nice. Overall nice place. ##### jonathan l.
