📍 Good to Know

The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so you'll take 3 flights of stairs. We recommend packing light or planning a couple of trips for luggage.



Guest Access:

🔑 The entire condo is yours, including all 3 bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen, laundry, and the private balcony.



• You're also welcome to enjoy Magnolia Pointe's shared community spaces, including the pool, hot tub, and grill area. Your 6 pool passes will be waiting on the kitchen counter.



• Park up to 2 vehicles on-site.



• Your unique door code will be sent before arrival, so you can head straight to the condo and let yourself in.



The Neighborhood:

Set within the well-kept Magnolia Pointe community, enjoy peaceful golf course surroundings along with access to the community pool and relaxing outdoor spaces. It’s a quiet, comfortable setting that feels tucked away while still being close to Myrtle Beach.



Getting Around:

Just minutes from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, golf, dining, shopping, and entertainment. A car is recommended for exploring, though rideshare services are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

• Free parking for up to 2 passenger vehicles.

• The HOA doesn't allow bicycles, golf carts, trailers, mopeds, boats, RVs, motorcycles, buses, trikes, watercraft, or oversized or commercial vehicles on the property. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.



▶︎ Age Requirement

• Magnolia Pointe HOA policies require all guests reserving the condo must be at least 21 years old to rent this property.



▶︎ Pest Control

• Routine HOA pest control is the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Please allow access for the scheduled service.



▶︎ Privately Managed

• We're a local, hands-on team and available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM by message. We'll check in before your arrival and are happy to help with anything during your stay, from local tips to quick fixes.
