Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The view from this condo the best thing about this rental. The condo was not clean when we checked in and had to request that it be redone. Furniture is dirty and worn out and the sheets in the MBedroom did not fit snd kept coming off. The paint was peeling on the ceilings. Not a good experience.

A washer/dryer in the unit listening not there. No picture available keep in mind if booking.We planned our trip on doing laundry and packing less. I called and asked about the listing not being correct and was told they would look into it and call me back but never did. I did find a coin laundry room on site the listing needs to be corrected. The tub and toilets were backing up when we arrived I was told this same issue had happened the time prior to my stay. They did react fast to try to correct the issue. Water damage in bathrooms. I was told a cleaning company would come clean up the floors/ bathroom again after maintenance was done. A cleaning company never came only a lady who exchanged towels for us because we had to use our towels to mop up the floor. The master bed room bed has a massive dip in the center and needs to be replaced. The pull out living room couch was also extremely uncomfortable/very thin mattress pad needs thicker mattress. After booking I was informed of cleaning expectations. There was not enough cleaning equipment available such as a working vacuum/no mop available..ect. There was dust buildup on items around the unit and I found dirty dishes in the cabinet. Should consider hiring a cleaning company/replacing the existing one. There was not a tub in the listing pictures/it looks bad and needs replaced. The view was nice, the building staff was pleasant and it is a great location. Some improvements could go a long way in becoming a 5 star stay.
