We enjoyed our stay and really loved the ocean/beach views from the 3rd floor. No cons to report. The property condition appeared similar to most in the area. It had all the amenities needed and everyone was friendly. It wasn’t warm enough for us to use the pool but some people did and seemed to enjoy it. Everything was 5-8 minutes away by driving. We walked to Family Kingdom. There are plenty of great restaurants around.

a Good little motel. The rooms were kind of small for my family of 3, but we were not there to hang out in the room. Room had a kitchenette, with a full size fridge, which was a surprise. The location was great and had a few of the ocean. And for the price, we were very happy.

For the price, you won't beat this hotel. It is very clean and the staff is friendly. The only reason I did not rate it as overall excellent is because of the mattress which definitely needs to be replaced. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and the room was even cleaner. I could tell the owners took their time with cleaning rooms out. It was walking distance to the Boardwalk and the pier. Jeff was very friendly and helpful. 100/10 most definitely would stay here again!
