Discover this charming 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beach house nestled in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, offering an ideal destination for your next coastal retreat. Just a single block away from the beach and the iconic Cherry Grove Pier, this home offers the perfect setting for a memorable family vacation or a relaxing golf escape. Recent enhancements include a new deck out back and new appliances in the kitchen ensuring a delightful stay. New flooring has been installed on the stairs and on the 2nd floor recently too!

The well-equipped kitchen boasts a convenient open floor plan that encourages quality family moments while preparing meals. The primary bedroom on the main floor features a new comfortable queen-size bed. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and the second bedroom also offers a queen bed. The remaining two bedrooms each provide two twin beds, making this home ideal for accommodating various sleeping arrangements. For your entertainment pleasure, a spacious flat-screen TV graces the living room, complemented by new Smart TVs in all bedrooms, enabling seamless streaming of your preferred channels. Practical amenities like a washer and dryer further enhance your convenience, creating a truly cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

A highlight of your stay will undoubtedly be the serene back porch, where you can unwind while observing birds gracefully diving into the Channel pond for fish. While fishing is permissible in the pond, swimming is not allowed, fostering a tranquil ambiance. Quiet neighborhood (end of March visit)Calm morning coffee overlooking the ocean inlet. We saw a bald eagle, fish jump and pelicans fish. A quick walk to the beach and Cherry Grove pier. Home was as described and very comfortable for 3 adults and 3 children (17, 14 and 9)

Great spot for a family vacation

The house is beautiful and nicely laid out for both socializing and resting quietly. It is very well located, being only a 1/2 block walk to the beach. I also found the host very responsive and professional. I certainly recommend this property for a beach stay.

We enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect. The property was big enough and there was enough room for all of us. The carpets could do with a good cleaning, or even a complete replacement. Blinds were broken upon arrival.

Our Stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the 8 of us plus our fur baby. Great location to the beach. We enjoyed fishing off of the back deck. There is a local grocery store very close to the rental as well as other gas stations and a few restaurants. Just as an fyi there is a picture showing an outside grill, but it is no longer there due to safety reasons per management. The home could use a deep cleaning maybe in the off season but if you are looking for a place to call home during your beach vacay don’t let this deter you.

Buyer Beware

*Booked house in May under the advertisement that me owners were making upgrades. Arrived in August. *Deck is shoddy and in disrepair. No dock to swim or fish from. * Palameto bugs everywhere…..and I mean everywhere. I called and two sperate entities came out to spray but to no avail. Bugs everywhere and nobody came to caulk where I told them in the ingress and egress point. * Sand everywhere when we arrived and hair in sink and bathrooms. Urine on one of the toilet seats. Let “rations” for the first day in term on 1/4 ply to and no soap to wash you hands. * had a family of 8 staying and there was only enough silverware for 7 people. Pits md pans were mixed matched and not conducive to cooking for a large family. * Beds we’re awedul. Squeaked every time you got in and out and we need a chiropractor to set us straight after a week. * Toilet in master bath would stop working from time to time so we had to fill the tank manually to get nothing to flush.

GREAT VACATION HOME

Everything was perfect except the floors needed a good cleaning. The rugs and bath rugs were saturated with sand. It is a beach house so we understood the sand. However, the vinyl floors needed a good mopping. The kitchen was on the dirty side and nothing a cleaning crew couldn't have handled better. Soiled dish towel behind the toaster oven, dirty dishes put away as clean. The dish washer gets things very hot and clean but removing stuck on food prior to washing was necessary. We also realized that was renters not owners. The location was fantastic and the house is big and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again.

Cherry grove beach

“Easy times “, is spacious and nicely furnished home. It appears to have been refurbished recently with new curtains, bedspreads, flooring, paint /etc. The home is located within a 2 min to the beach , close to Restaurants, and grocery store. The only negative thing I can say about this home is about the beds. No bed was larger than a queen, in spite of the large rooms, so missed having a large roomy bed😞

The sea will set you free.

This was beautiful place. Convenient to every thing. Would suggest owner fix light over back inside steps, fix noisy mattresses, put handle on sliding door and a lock, remove their permanent marker remarks on it being broken, fix grill, tank was empty, we paid $25 for refill and tank did not work . Would we stay again. Yes

Good times at Easy times

Excellent location and floor plan design. Adequate supplies, but missing dishwashing detergent and coffee filters. The furniture was a little bit bulky. The broken back door lock is an eyesore, besides making it difficult to open and close the door, and impossible to lock it.

Spacious house, great location, kitchen needs attention

I rented this home for a bridal shower with 3 of my bridesmaids. It is a great home and spacious. However, the kitchen cabinets and drawers need to be cleaned out (lots of trash and old containers) and the pots and pans should be replaced. We didn't want to cook in them b/c of their condition. Also, more dinnerware needed since the home sleeps 8 people. Otherwise, it was a great location and spacious.

Great place

Great stay for a quick get a way. Property was nice and location was great. Only complaint was that a piece of siding on exterior of building was missing when we arrive. Strong winds our last night, so another piece that was coming loose was flapping in the wind and beating against the exterior all night. Pinball machine was a great bonus as my teenage boys loved to play it. Overall great experience. Aiding needs to be repaired.

this place is relaxing, convenient, one min. walk to beach, has great bid deck to throw in your rod and play around with some crabs, and with six separate beds its perfect for bigger families, great place.
