You are in for a surprise as this great condo has a 2nd Master Bedroom with a fantastic King Sized bed and a private bath! This fantastic condo has one more additional bedroom. This 3rd bedroom comes with 2 twin beds, perfect for the kids or teens, full dresser & TV . This 3th bedroom shares the hall bath (shower/tub combo). Guests receive a "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper and paper towels) bath soaps, and dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things your need.

The fully appointed kitchen features granite countertops, fridge, ice maker, glass top stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are dishes, silverware, a complete set of pots and pans and food preparation utensils. The kitchen also comes complete with full size appliances, and the smaller necessities like toaster, blender, hand mixer and coffee maker. Spacious dining table with chairs for 6 and 3 br stools.

After a busy day at the pool, on the course or at the beach come home and relax in the spacious living room. With the sofa, love seat and 3 occasional chairs there is room for everyone, just sit back discuss your day or watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. Connected to the living room is the wonderful covered balcony with easy access. Take your meals or your beverage out, have a seat and sit back and let the rest of the work go by!

The beach is approx. 1.5 miles, you can park at any public access parking space for $4/hour, or ride the FREE BareFoot Shuttle (late May to Sept) from the condo to the beach, to the North Tower Resort Pool or even to the BareFoot Landing Shopping District, too. No beach badges required. If you need beach supplies, then umbrellas and chairs can be rented thru NMB city beach services (set up and taken down daily on the beach) or we can recommend a local service that will bring them to your door and pick them up at departure. Barefoot Community has miles of walking and biking paths and beautifully landscaped grounds offer you another perspective of vacationing a little off the beach.

Amenities: Relax in the outdoor hot tubs, cool in the pool and take in the views of the Intra-coastal Waterway. Enjoy the bar and grill at the Yacht Club Marina, a dinner boat cruise and much more. (Boat docking is available for a fee) Jet ski rentals are available to cruise the waterway.
