"This hotel is new (2017) and is currently in great condition. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The staff were awesome and went above and beyond to help with several non-standard requests. Only stayed one night and had to leave very early for the airport but they prepared a quite tasty breakfast box to go. The restaurant a couple of doors up has quite tasty food as well. All in all a wonderful place to stay, close to Shwedagon and Karaweik. "

"The location in Chinatown was good. Overall, good value for the money! We did have a security issue with the property; at a point in our stay, we were in our locked room and another traveller used his key to open our door by mistake. It made me feel uneasy to know that other people might have keys to our room. "

"I stayed at both Thitaw II B&B and Thitaw Lay House, they are both at the same property, just next to each other, but rooms are different and breakfast are different! room in general nice and comfy, staff are super nice and accommodating, the whole property makes use of Bamboo for most of the things, quite amazing :) love the avocado tree and the little goat in the garden\~ I enjoyed my stay very much :)"
