"This was one of the most wonderful vacation rentals that we have ever rented. It is in a quaint neighborhood that is still close to town. "Marguerite was a wonderful host and her house and garden are beautiful. There is plenty of room for a couple to relax. The lounge has two big sofas, nice lights and satellite TV. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a new oven and lots of pans and cutlery. The bedroom is comfortable and the shower is easy to use. We also appreciated the washing machine and iron. "The gite was tastefully decorated and had all the equipment you need. We visited in a heat wave and the gite was nice and cool and a has a huge bathroom / walk in shower. Lovely terrace outside which gives privacy from neighbours. Matthieu lives opposite and was on hand for anything we needed but not at all intrusive. Also lots of lovely forests nearby to walk or cycle in and it's near enough to the German border to easily have a day in Germany."

"The gite has been tastefully decorated, is very well equipped, comfortable, spacious for 4 people and is in a great location. We had fresh pastries delivered to start the day; petanque, shooting hoops and wine on the terrace to end the day. Matthieu gave us many great recommendations for wine, restaurants, walking/cycling itineraries. We had a very relaxing, fun few days, thank you."
