The property is clean. There is no enforcement on smoking in rooms. My next door neighbour smoked weed in the room all our time there. The receptionist was a bit rude to us for arriving 20 minutes earlier than our plan stay. All she could say was “this is not a hotel” when we asked if we could leave our bags until our time was up to check in. There is no air condition in the rooms. We had to open our windows all night in other to get a goodnight sleep.

We enjoyed and loved the "total package": Convenient Modern Entire staff was xtra friendly Josef the concierge was extremely helpful and super congenial.
