Drinnen muss man den checkin an einem Touchpad durchführen und wegen der Rechnung bot sich am nächsten Morgen eine freundliche Dame an diese mir austzustellen. Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu aber etwas sehr nüchtern und kalt gehalten. Ich hatte Zimmer 102, da läßt sich nur ein ca. 30 cm breites Fenster unten um ca. 10 cm ausstellen, mehr geht nicht. Das Zimmer war recht warm und man nirgends die Temperatur selbst einstellen. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es einen Kaffeevollautomaten, Tee und Obst alles kostenlos. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar klein aber ausreichend. Nervig war die ca. 180 m entfernte Bundesstraße. Der Schlafkomfort der Betten ist einfach Klasse!! Anderst kann man es nicht sagen. Das Ambiente der Zimmer war beim ersten Mal überraschend, aber es hat seinen Sinn und ich kenne es nur aus diesem Hotel. Aber dennoch gut. Ich fand dieses Hotel durch den sichtbaren Beton sehr kalt. Nicht das ich mit moderner Bauweise ein Problem habe, aber hier zieht sich dieser Stil bis in die Zimmer und auch das Bad hinein. Das Fenster ist sehr groß, erst einmal. Zum öffnen gibt es hier jedoch nur ein kleines Fenster mit einer Größe von ca. 30x50 cm. Wenn man Platzangst hat, ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Service und Frühstück sind gut bis sehr gut. Mein Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Vom alles enthaltendem Frühstück bis Baraufenthalt wurde ich immer fast wie zu Hause bedient. Das Zimmer entsprach voll meinen Bedürfnissen bezüglich Komfort, Sauberkeit und sonstigen Annehmlichkeiten. Finde das Farbkonzept und die Rohbauweise (betonhaltig) sehr gelungen. Hotel lag auch sehr gut in erreichbarer Autobahnnähe ohne störende Geräusche. Besonders hat mich die Nähe zu den zwei Teichen etwas außerhalb der Hektik der Stadt beeindruckt. Da hört man noch wirklich die Vögel zwitschern am Morgen. Leider muß man für die Erlebnisse in der Stadt oder anderswo das Auto nehmen. Aber die Bar und Restaurant im Haus sind für eine Tag und Abend im Haus gerüstet und vorbereitet. Es gibt bei mir nur Abzug bezüglich der Umgebung, da es keine Bushaltestelle oder ähnliches in der Nähe gab, wo ich einfach mal mein Auto stehen lassen hätte können. Aber ansonsten, da werde ich wieder einkehren. Ungewöhnlich, aber durchaus ansprechend. Das Zimmer lag ab mittags in der Sonne, leider ohne Klimananlage und ein zu kleines Fenster zum Lüften. Ebenso im Bad - keine gute Lüftung, so dass man immer das Gefühl von nassen Handtüchern hatte. Wenn das in den Griff zu bekommen ist - gerne wieder. (Aussenanlagen sollen im kommenden Jahr folgen, bisher etwas behelfsmäßig, aber noch ok.) Liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig; bis in den Ort selbst ca. 4,5 km (auch gut zu Fuß zu machen). Das Essen im Restaurant schmeckt lecker und ist frisch zubereitet. Alles, Unterkunft und Essen besitzen ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistugsverhältnis.Das Personal ist nett und freundlich. Das Raumklima im gesamten Hotel war unterirdisch. Es riecht muffig und ist stickig. Das Fenster läßt sich zwar mit einem Trick öffnen aber leider nach außen. Sowohl zur Trickanwendung als auch zum schließen des Fensters ist etwas Akrobatik erforderlich. Die zu öffnende Fensterfläche ist für den Raum zu klein. In der Nacht sollte man das Fenster sowieso besser geschlossen halten da die Nähe zur Autobahn eine deutliche Lautstärke mit sich bringt. Die Frühstücksqualität ist inkonsistent aber innerhalb unseres 11 tägigen Aufenthaltes eher schlecht. Nicht eingedeckte Tische, zwei Tassen lauwarmer Kaffe in der Kanne, verbratene Spiegeleier ungewürzt,sehr kleine Aufbackbrötchen etc. Die Vermischung von Frühstücksbereich und Lobby führt dazu, dass man beim Frühstück die Geschäftstelefonate anderer Hotelgäste mithören muß. Die angebotene Schrankfläche ist ein Regal mit genau 5 Bügeln. Alles in allem kein Hotel für Urlauber, schon gar nicht für jene die fränkische Gastlichkeit und Gamenfreuden mögen sondern eher für Geschäftsleute die den ungewöhnlichen Baustil mit offenen Betonwänden und Decken mögen und nach zwei Tagen abreisen. Das Treppenhaus des Hotels sowie die Einrichtung des gesamten Hotels erinnern stark an Ikea bzw. Parkhäuser von Ikea. Beton-Look" . Hotel liegt in einem kleinem Gewerbegebiet auf der Ortsausfahrtsstr und ist ruhig und in der Natur eingebettet. Wirkt sehr modern. Das Frühstücksbüffett ist sehr variantenreich und sehr lecker. Auf dem Zimmer war ein Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffeeprodukten und 1 Flasche Wasser kostenlos bereitgestellt. WLAN ist nach einer notwendigen Registrierung ausgezeichnet. Das Bad ist sehr groß und bequem, Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt ( Gute Idee: alternativ kann der Gast ökologisch wertvoll darauf verzichten im Tausch für kostenlose Drinks an der Hotelbar). Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert. DIe Betten waren sehr hoch und doch bequem mit guten Matratzen und vielen Kissen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Wärme staut sich im Zimmer und die Lüftungsmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt (kleines Kippfenster und keine Klimaanlage) ##### Fernando P.
