The room was spacious and clean, nice surprise to have complimentary make up wipe and q-tips. 2 of the face towels had make up stains on them, which is the reason for the 3 starting but overall a very good stay. "We had a great time and the hotel and staff were great. The location is perfect. Easy walk to PNC, Market Square, subway and right at Point State Park. Valet parking was great, I've used private decks staying here before but pay a little extra for valet here, especially if you plan to drive anywhere. Only issue was the pull out sofa in the Jr Suite was awful. Not sure there is ever a good pull out sleeper but this one was terrible. Other than that everything about the hotel and the stay was awesome."
