It is an ocean-front complex located 2.4 miles south of the Garden City Pier. It is the southern-most condo complex of Garden City Beach before reaching what is known as The Point. It is fully gated with private beach access and an ocean-front pool. Our unit is on the 3rd-floor, on the street side. (\*\*Please note, this is a 3-story building, and there is NOT an elevator.\*\*) From our balcony, you have limited inlet and ocean views. This is a small and quaint condo complex intended for relaxation and beach-fun. Being a small complex and in an area with mostly private homes, means never fighting a crowd on the beach. This charming location is away from the hustle and bustle, and yet convenient to shops and restaurants. It is within walking distance to the popular GulfStream Café and Marlin Quay Marina, and only a short drive or bike ride to the Garden City Pier. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a full bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. The updated hall bathroom has a full-size tub with shower. The updated bathroom in the master bedroom that has a toilet, sink, and stand-up shower. The unit includes Wi-Fi, 3 flat-screen TVs , a Blue-Ray player and a DVD player. Shared charcoal grills are available for use on the landscaped grounds. A coin-operated laundry room is also available for all complex guests. Since purchasing the unit, we have renovated the kitchen, both bathrooms, painted throughout, installed new floors, installed new doors, and added a stackable washer and dryer. Some of the pictures reflect these updates and some pictures we are working to get updated. The kitchen was renovated in the Spring of 2017\. A compact washer and dryer stacked unit was installed Fall 2019\. All new floors were installed throughout the unit in 2019. All of the walls throughout were painted in 2019. Both bathrooms renovated Spring of 2022\. \*Check-out cleaning is included. \*Rental price includes linens (sheets & bath towels) \*\*\*\*Please take note of all rules and policies in the listing BEFORE booking.\*\*\*\* \*There must be at least one adult age 25+ staying in the condo for the entirety of the booking. You will be required upon booking to provide a picture of your ID. Please email a picture of your ID when requesting a booking. If found that an adult 25+ years of age is not staying in the unit for the entire stay, you will be evicted and forfeit all fees and deposits.\* \*Along with sending a picture of your ID, you must also provide a list of any and all overnight guests including their names an ages. The beach wasn’t busy and we were able to use our shabumi with this being in Georgetown county! So much beach area and lots of shells, crabs, and sharks teeth!We loved our stay here and will be back! The units are very old, but that doesn't even matter - it's comfortable and familiar, and takes me back to the old days of staying here as a child with my family. This unit is well-represented online, but the extras that we didn't realize were a bonus. IE: You can see the ocean from the balcony, but the sunsets on the inlet were spectacular from the balcony as well (and from the sofa). Also, the closest public access is about 1/4 mile down the road, so our beach access was almost private. And having a washer/dryer was clutch, because we added 2 more nights to our stay. We didn't want to leave. Caleb was communicative and friendly, and we've already booked another stay for this weekend. ##### Amy D. The condo is updated with all the furnishing we could have asked for. The best part was the location. This condo is in a really nice section of Murrell's Inlet, with mostly houses, so the beach had plenty of space and not busy at all. We also walked to one of the two restaurants which are within walking distance of the condo, and the food was great. As noted in the description, this is the most southerly condo complex, so everything south is houses, making is much less busy than anything up in Myrtle Beach area. We will have no reservations about staying at Janes Addiction again. Located in a great complex of condos that are kept up, open and bright, and right on the quiet end of Garden City beach. The weather was surprisingly terrible during our stay, but we were comfortable and cozy even while stuck inside. I loved the view of the inlet, and it was great to get peeks of the ocean from our porch and when walking to the beach. I loved the washer and dryer, the king bed is very comfortable and our kids loved the bunks. I highly recommend this little gem of a condo and we will be back! ##### Amy A. The location was great and beach access was so convenient. We really enjoyed how quiet the beach was. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked so it was very easy to cook. Check in/check out was easy and communication was wonderful.
