After multiple phone calls, it was determined that both the backup key that should be in the key box and the office were missing. We waited outside until 3:45am for a locksmith to get to the house and let us in. When we finally got in, we were greeted by a cockroach in the kitchen. Our four young kids didn't get to bed until 4am. We were offered 120 for this inconvenience which hardly compensates having to sit outside until 4am and it ruining our next day because the kids were tired. ##### Juli S.
