From the moment we arrived, what stood out most was how peaceful and secluded the property felt while still being just a short drive from town. The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had that authentic mountain-cabin charm without sacrificing modern comforts.The views were absolutely stunning — whether we were enjoying coffee on the porch in the morning or unwinding in the evening, the scenery really made the experience special. The interior was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, and the owners clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and every detail felt intentional.Another highlight was the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. If you're looking to disconnect, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains, this place hits the mark. The cabin was just as shown in pictures and was so very clean and nice. The owner communicated and checked in to see if everything was good and followed up after the trip. Amazing views of the mountains and we were amazed by the deer we saw each day. Family long weekend trip with elderly parents, young adult children and a teen (plus our 5 lb Shih-Poo granddog, Louis)! We cooked & the kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc for our group. We played games and did a puzzle! Wonderful place to relax!! I thought that space was well laid out but felt cold and dingy. A couple pieces of the back deck furniture could stand to be replaced. Saw lots of deer in backyard and throughout the neighborhood. The kids enjoyed going down to the public access pavilion on the property and swimming in the river. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciate places that accept pets. Our mornings were spent with coffee on the wrap-around porch, afternoons exploring the quaint downtown area or hiking at a nearby trail, and evenings sitting around the fire with a glass of wine. The cabin is immaculate with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms with amazing views. We’re already planning our next visit in the summer to return with our teenaged children. ##### Deb H.
