Wonderful hotel to take in all the beauty

Loved this hotel! Super friendly staff from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and beach club! Grounds and are well taken care of and wonderful to admire while you walk to and from your room. Our room was nice and had plenty of space to relax along with a balcony. The free breakfast is delicious and the beach club has great service. Loved the beach access which is situated right down the street and has a dedicated area for the hotel guests.

Good hotel but rude staff

The hotel itself was good, clean rooms and close enough to the beach. But the rooms have thin walls and you can hear everything happening in the rooms next door so you can't always relax. However, the bad thing about this hotel is the behavior of the staff and the fact that the hotel manager couldn't care less. We were screamed at in the rudest possible way by the person working at the beach bar because we incidentally sat at the wrong sunbeds that we hadn't "reserved". Although we immediately stood up and asked him not to be rude to us, he continued screaming and being aggressive towards us, which was so embarrassing in front of the other hotel guests. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I've travelled the world and never experienced such behaviour before in a hotel. But even worse, when i made multiple efforts to speak to the hotel manager over 2 days, I was told she could not be reached. A hotel manager should absolutely at the very least call a very upset guest even 2 days later, so this shows complete disregard over how staff behaves to guests and how much the hotel manager cares. This has been my worst experience in a hotel ever.

Great Location and Excellent Service

The location was excellent. Close to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was great and the wi fi was good. The staff was EXCELLENT! They got the sports channel in the lobby so we can watch the NBA WCF game! WOW! I know, excellent staff. The hotel was on nice grounds and the pool was great.

4 stars for this hotel is a quite a stretch of imagination - 3 starts tops for the rooms and hotel’s grounds. Rooms smell like mold, look and feel like 2-3 star motel with old furniture that is falling apart and moldy smell. Shower is the only feature here that remotely reminds of 4 stars.

Ich würde gerne sechs von fünf möglichen Sternen vergeben. Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem eingewachsenen Garten und super Poolanlage. Nur 200 m zum traumhaften Strand. Supermarkt und viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir hatten einen medizinischen Notfall ( natürlich in der Nacht) . Das Personal an der Rezeption hat hervorragend reagiert und einen Rettungswagen alarmiert. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Cappuccino und Omelette werden frisch zubereitet serviert . Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind jedoch sauber und das Hotel verfügt über eine tolle Gartenanlage. Diverse Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Sehr ruhige Lage was wir geschätzt haben.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders loben möchten wir Franco, der uns an unserem ersten Tag ein ganz tolles Frühstück für unterwegs eingepackt hat. Aufgrund einer Exkursion konnten wir nämlich nicht am regulären Frühstück teilnehmen.

Esperienza bellissima

Hotel incantevole in mezzo al verde. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Colazione eccezionale servita in un bellissimo patio. Il personale gentilissimo. Spiaggia privata a pagamento molto bella. Abbiamo anche che cenato una sera, qualità molto alta. Lo consiglio assolutamente e poi la Sardegna e sempre la Sardegna.

Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, power shower and the concept of bungalow rather than a room in a building was appreciated. The restaurant was very cosy with swimming pool views. Food was nice too. I loved the swimming pool and the area the hotel has at the beach.

Notre sejour a été gâché par le parking ! Si vous avez une belle voiture, oubliez cet hotel. Le parking est sur la rue, places très exiguës, pires que le parking d'un supermarché ! De plus le parking étant sur un trottoir, le bas de caisse racle ! Tout le monde pouvant s'y garer, aucun contrôle, si vous mangez en dehors de l'hôtel, vous n'etes pas sûr d'avoir une place. Nous en avons parler à la réception, visiblement ce n'est pas leur problème ! L'hotel parle d'une plage privée : oui à 5 minutes à pied, sur une plage bondée où il faut en plus payer pour avoir serviette et transat. Au prix où l'on paye la nuit !!!!!

sehr idyllisch, ideale Lage, sauber, sehr nettes Personal, schöne Zimmer, Badezimmer stank manchmal nach Kanalisation, Frühstück mit Wohlwollen bestenfalls zweckmässig und sehr einfach gehalten - weiss jedoch nicht ob das ohne Covid Einschränkungen auch so wäre. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft für Leute die es eher einfach und unkompliziert mögen und wir würden wieder kommen

Buona esperienza ma con qualche pecca

La camera viene proposta di tipo superior, ma in realtà è standard. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto qualche piccolo inconveniente di tipo tecnico anche se prontamente risolti. Abbiamo notato che in generale la manutenzione è migliorabile. Eccellente la cortesia, disponibilità ed attenzione al cliente da parte di tutto il personale, si meritano i complimenti. Pulizia di ottimo livello.
