Nice location. Hotel and staff was fine overall. Room layout was best for a lone traveler or couple. There were room temperature challenges that the hotel is working to address.

My grandkids liked the indoor pool. The room was okay. We didn't like the large frosted glass pane on the bathroom door that lit up the whole room when someone got up to use the bathroom during the night. The breakfast was okay too -- nothing special, but attendants kept it well stocked. Front-desk staff were helpful.

Breakfast was not very good. Front desk workers were extremely rude. We were yelled at 3pm to quiet down while playing card games. Scolded at check in to watch our kids. Not family friendly at all.

It was great except for the front desk telling us we were too loud and to quiet down when it was only 3 in the afternoon. We were there for a basketball tournament for the second time. I know you need to be quiet after 10 pm in the lobby but at 3 pm you should be able to enjoy time with friends in the lobby

Friendly staff, clean hotel
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the pool and fitness rooms were great. Breakfast was tasty. Proximity of hotel to lake/park/playground/walk to restaurants is very helpful. Will stay again.

Overall experience at the hotel was pleasant, issue is billing from your hotel, where I was charged twice for an incidental fee associated with the room. Why, no one can fully explain other than an incidental fee that’s charged to my credit card that would come off at a later date, and no date could fully explain. No one likes to see a double charge on their credit card for a room that was paid for at check out.

It was a perfect place to stay on our way back from a concert in Chicago! Being from the Indianapolis area, we checked in on the way to our show…and stayed overnight before we headed back to Indianapolis the next morning. It was a fantastic place to stay and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable:)
