« L'annonce sur le site et les photos sont mensongers. L'hôtel est complètement vétuste, le mobilier dans nos 2 chambres inexistants, les serviettes de bains troués. Le personnel est en sous nombre, nous n'avons réussi à joindre personne pendant les 3 jours qui précédaient notre séjour. C'est la pire expérience que j'ai pu avoir.aucune compensation ni remboursement. Ne vous attendez pas non plus à avoir la climatisation qui fonctionne. »

« Tout était parfait : accueil et service aux petits soins. Lieu magique avec une très belle vue. Les chambres sont neuves et très bien équipées. Literie très confortable. Les produits du petit déjeuner sont frais et de très bonne qualité. Nous n’avons pas eu l’opportunité de tester la piscine. Bref nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement. »

« Maria is a sweetheart and ensured my stay was wonderful. The infinity salt water pool is a joy to swim in, grounds are lovely, property is classy and interior design exquisite. Prob the most luxurious place to stay on Terceira, yet the price is most reasonable. I suggest booking directly with Maria at geral at quintadamerces dot com. For those of us non native Portuguese speakers, Maria will happily converse with you in English. She and her late husband (2016) lovingly restored what was...

"Perfect location to explore Angra do Heroismo from as hotel is right in the centre of the old town. Having breakfast included was a bonus to start the day after a great sleep in a comfy bed. Room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. A real treat was having windows that open to the wonderful fresh air. Reception staff were most helpful with organising airport transfers. I loved my stay at Hotel Zenite and will be recommending it."
