The location is close to several groceries, eating spots and several bus lines getting you to areas of Munich quickly. The front staff, especially Greg, were friendly and helpful. Greg showed me how to use the MVV app for local transit. The room was newly refurbished with fresh carpeting, comfortable beds and great shower. The bath had great lighting and the area is quiet. Cons: The internet was weak to non-existant. In a weeks stay, I was able to get on and stay on just twice. I had planned to work some each day so this was an issue, and was both the phone and the laptop. Es gibt kein Frühstück aber In der Nähe kann man bei zwei Bäckern lecker frühstücken.
