This property advertises 24 hour check in but that is not the case. We arrived at 8:30 am after being on planes for 15 hours to discover our rooms weren’t ready yet and we had to wait until 2pm to check in. The cleaning staff was extremely helpful and allowed us to put our things in our rooms before checkin, and we stopped into a little bakery to have something to eat while we waited, but overall this was not pleasant and a bad experience with the place. However I do want to highlight this location had excellent cleaning staff, and was extremely conveniently located by Oktoberfest. We had to stay across the road at the Holiday inn which was far nicer and ended up being the same price, highly recommend. DO NOT STAY HERE from what I saw despite not being able to check in the rooms were gross and there were lots of loud people yelling and stomping around. It was more of a closet however after reaching out to The dot with these issues, our room was changed to a larger one with a private bathroom for our remaining 2 days and this made the stay so much better. The U-bahn was only a 3-5 minute walk away and it was easy enough to get into the city centre. The beds are slightly hard and uncomfortable especially for people with back pain like me. Kein Personal - nur ein Check-In-Automat, der die Chipkarte für ein Zimmer ausgibt. Zimmer sind winzig und einfach, ohne Sanitäranlagen, aber sauber. In die Gemeinschaftstoiletten/Duschen kommt man ohne Chipkarte hinein. Die meisten sind ab ca. 24 Uhr die ganze Nacht von innen verschlossen. Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders groß, aber es gibt genug Ablagemoglichkeiten (sogar für größeres Gepäck unter dem Bett). Man erreicht die Unterkunft innerhalb von 5 Minuten von der Station Harras.
