We won't charge extra. We will also be happy to host families with one kid who want to occupy both rooms. Ask for a discount if you bring small kids. There is a Parking in the house’s front yard. The neighborhood is a residencial area of townhouses, independent villas and condos. Shops, cafes and restaurants a few meters away (50 m). There is a park nearby for running and public swimming pool. We have sometimes a dogs in the house, cannot completely exclude dog allergens. If you want to enjoy a very clean and modern house in Munich , being close to everything,, this is your place. As said, tram Station Willibaldplatz is really close, just 100 meters away, and there is a bus stop in front of the house that can bring you to Laim S-Bahn with quick connection to the airport, central station and Pasig station , bus station.
