Excellent stay in Munich! The location was central to the main train station and 15 min walk to Marienplatz All the tours were 10 min or so walking distance away from our apt. The food around the apt was good (excellent Italian, shwarma, and quick local breakfasts). The location on the street could be nicer (lots of trash, hooka bars, and strip clubs) but we always felt safe walking around, even late at night. ##### Tiffany B. Very clean, modern and nice to have two full bathrooms. The train station was about a seven minute walk and about 15 minutes to the city centre, which was fantastic. The proximity to the old town and train station was also great. We got there at 1 AM because of a delayed train and the owner let us in without any issues. There is onsite parking which was also a huge bonus. There is a bakery across the street. The neighborhood itself was safe. Munich is a very walkable city and the apartment was centrally located to the many popular venues. The apartment manager was very responsive by email when we had questions. The living room is very comfortable and the big screen TV is new. There was a relatively large dining room table. The bedrooms were adequately sized and the beds were comfortable. There was a bathroom with each room. All rooms are well lit. The place is very quiet despite all the activity on the street below during the day. The only hiccup was check in. The apartment was very clean and modern. Pack n’ play was available. We were pleasantly surprised when we found a washer in the unit. No dryer but there was a garment drying rack. I wasn’t pleased with the communication beforehand but everything worked out. I wish there was a contactless check-in option. We arrived very late and I was nervous the person who had to let us in may not be awake. If you’re traveling from the US, be sure you have an international phone plan or buy an e-SIM card since you have to call someone to let you inside. We enjoyed our stay! ##### Christy W. It was easy to catch the metro and trains from here by walking. The beds were comfortable. The linens were soft. The bathrooms were great, all four of us had hot showers daily. The kitchen is small and we only made use of the fridge but it has oven, stove, freezer, etc so it is definitely possible to cook whole meals. It's in a part of town filled with middle eastern restaurants. But German food is a short walk of just 2 blocks away if you want German food while in Munich. The bedrooms face a courtyard so we could have windows open at night and it was still quiet enough to sleep. The living room overlooks a busy street that is loud until about 3am but we couldn't hear it once we closed the windows. The only thing that didn't work well for us was the coffee maker. It takes pods but it seemed to be clogged and barely dispensed coffee (at a very slow drip). Great sitting area for family game nights. We were a family of four. Overall this place was spacious and comfortable and I would recommend it!! ##### Kristine F.
