The room was fine and the bathroom was also pretty clean. However was not able to sleep whole night due to Air-Conditioner stopping every 30 minutes. I called the front desk two times to get the issue fixed, but no resolution. Hotel did not had courtesy to say sorry and give me another room with functional ameneties. I will not come to this hotel in future. I truly do not have anything bad to say about this hotel. I have given most of my ratings as good and excellent. It meets my expectations in most ways. Staffs are friendly and service oriented. It is quite conveniently located near to two malls.
