"Everything was perfect. Size of rooms, bathrooms . Everyone is polite. What a difference from previous years. Employees have learnt how to give service . 40 years ago when I left Mumbai and have come home so many times. This time attitude of everyone is improved. I am really impressed with everything. I would recommend if you are just transiting , a little stress if you have to go out and comeback. Metro is very convenient. Getting into a uber is challenging. Thank you."

"Only used as transit as was picking up family but hotel is beautiful, located in a very nice area close to the airport and the staff were 11/10….went out of their way to look after us and never even charged me for my kids meal Defo gonna come back and would 100% recommend to everyone coming to Mumbai"

"Amazing property, very convenient to the airport. Amazing grounds, pool and workout facilities. The staff is super friendly! The only slight drawback is the view from the higher rooms of the slums. But that’s really the only vey slight drawback."

"Wow. Taj hospitality at it's best. Great location just outside Cuffe Parade Metro Station. You can go almost anywhere in Mumbai from there. Really quick service. Stayed in 5 star hotels around the world. Can honestly say that this has amongst the most attentive service anywhere. One small issue. Please provide and allow drinks service on the lobby area when entertaining guests. We were told that we had to take our guests into one of the restaurants to prove them with drinks. They were only visiting for half an hour."
