Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
DISGUSTING
DISGUSTING. Dirty, dirty, dirty room. Splattered stuff on the walls, nasty mold smell, cracks in the walls, broken windows. Horrible. When we asked for one roll of toilet paper it was given to me so rudely as if it was a ridiculous request. We left even though we had booked a 4 night stay.
