"Had a great time, the chef Ian is an amazing cook food was delicious, his lovely wife tash served us dinner and drink’s and kindly wrote down place’s to visit. All the other staff were happy smiley especially the young staff Olivia from reception and Josh serving breakfast. The excellent staff definitely make’s the hotel a great place to visit."

"Wonderful home from home in Port William. Inchlonaig house had everything we needed for our stay, the property is immaculate and all of the bedrooms were so comfy - we all had a great nights sleep. We stayed as a family group looking for a relaxing weekend to celebrate a big birthday. Port William is a lovely wee town, there isn't much there but it does have a cafe/bar and a spar shop for the essentials. The house has beach access right across the road, which was perfect for walking our two dogs and for watching a beautiful sunset.We also had Sunday lunch at the local golf club, which I would highly recommend- it was very good! Sarah was a brilliant host, very friendly and helpful. Her welcome gift of wine and shortbread was so thoughtful and much appreciated. Thank you Sarah, for a lovely weekend at Inchlonaig House."

"We couldn’t get into the property because it has been closed to the public for some time, Expedia obviously didn’t know about that because they kept sending us emails regarding our stay and when we turned up There after a late night ferry crossing we were stuck in the back of beyond and having tried to book other hotels in Dumfries with no joy we won’t be using Expedia again ever!! "Excellent all round! Cottage and location - tucked into the peaceful countryside. Contemporary decor but still a cosy and welcoming space with lovely views of green hills. We had everything we needed and Charles couldn’t have been more helpful! We even saw the promised deer and little resident vole!"
