« Accueil très chaleureux par la patronne. HOTEL familial perdu au fond d’une vallée. Style ancien mais très propre, pratique fonctionnelle, fonctionnel, grandes chambres. HOTEL à 1000 mètres d altitude. Repas possible sur place, dernière commande à 19h30, carte limitée mais correcte à prix suisses par contre….petit déjeuner correct avec Ovomaltine et surtout machine à café Jura topissime. On recommande, bon rapport qualité prix en Suisse. »

« Bel hotel, dans un ancien cloître, très jolie vue sur les vignes et les montagnes. Environnement très calme. Chambre familiale spacieuse, moderne et très propre. Check in via un guichet automatique, a fonctionné pour nous sans problème (un passeport est nécessaire). Pas de réception, très peu de personnel. Le petit déjeuner végétarien est bon. « Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel. Accueil agréable et souriant, chambre spacieuse et propre avec magnifique vue sur le lac. Literie confortable. Salle de bain avec produits de toilette. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous nous sommes régalés d'un excellent plat de chasse sur la terrasse du restaurant. Service un peu long toutefois. Personnel sympathique. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans restriction et nous nous ferions un plaisir d'y revenir lors d'un prochain passage dans la région. »

"Très joli hotel, idéalement situé en plein centre de la magnifique ville de Rapperswil et à 2 pas du port et du lac, des rues piétonnes. La literie est exceptionnelle! Chambre très propre. Petit déjeuner vraiment trop simple, peu de choix. Et ce qui nous a embêté, c’est le parking: obligé d’être de retour à 23:00, sinon vous ne pouvez plus y accéder! Donc ol vaut mieux parquer la voiture dans la zone non réservée à l’hôtel."

"Les + : petit déjeuner excellent et service extra. La serveuse s'occupait de toute la salle avec efficacité et le sourire. Les - : Chambre spacieuse, mais couleur un peu terne. Un petit coup de peinture et cela changerait tout à l'allure de la chambre. Nous n'avons pas eu la vue sur les belles montagnes suisses en face malheureusement comme on le pensait. De plus, notre chambre n'était pas prête pour 4 personnes, nous avons du aller demander des draps pour les enfants (pas de reception, nous avons demandé à la serveuse du restaurant). L'hôtel est situé dans les hauteurs du bourg. Places de parking disponibles en extérieur. Check-in sur une machine a l'arrivée. "
