Learn more about Mudi

Enjoy access to sights and activities in the surrounding area during your stay in Mudi.

Walking into Muri as got to be one of the happiest moments of my life and I realized it just now.

We had been walking for 6 hours when we crossed Mudi Bridge and started climbing the last 200 meters to the village, without refilling our wattle bottles, the sun staring down our necks and a steepness that let us breathless not even half way through.

Amongst lines of 'namastés' and corn fields, we were welcomed by an army of little kids running toward us. Chocolates and photos—their main demands.

Prisoners of their laughs and excitement, we were left no option but to join their ranks and leave the nasty smell of tiredness behind.

Blisters and mild-dehydration forgotten, we sat still for a while and succumbed to Muri's charm, on that afternoon when a group of weirdos arrived to town and failed to entertain their audience with bad magic tricks and silly music.
