"Such a gorgeous house! Our family and dog had such a wonderful stay here. Access to the beach was a bonus.. The house had everything we needed, including towels, cooking utensils and a tv in each room. The view of the crashing waves on the rocks from the huge windows was mesmerizing. Thank you!"

"The view was spectacular and the walk to the beach was easy. The management company had changed the code so we had to call for that. Inside, the house didn’t have hardly any dish soap and no soap in the bathroom. A little decorating in the house would go a long way and the carpet needs replacing. Still it was a great dog friendly house in on a great beach. The management company….in Florida needs to try a little harder."

"We had such an amazing stay! Two girlfriends and I recently stayed at this beautiful, spacious home, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The Pelicans Nest was over 3,000 square feet, beautifully set up, and had everything we could possibly need. Not to mention the beautiful sunset from the upstairs balcony . It truly felt like a home away from home. We were able to take our little four legged babies with us, in which they loved to run around the fenced in backyard. They even supplied water and food bowl for them, plus little blankets. It was amazing for them too. The beach was literally just a five-minute drive away, which was such a wonderful bonus! If you’re planning a visit in September, the beach was practically empty when we were there. And if you have four-legged friends with you, they can enjoy plenty of freedom to run and play off-leash. The host Rick was awesome! Communication was easy and breezy, Rick responded quickly to every email and question we had. He explained everything clearly, and check-in was so easy and convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a girls’ getaway. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend! "
