Alyeska Resort has an excellent location, but the experience didn’t feel premium for the price. The carpets had a strong moldy/musty smell throughout the hallways and even near the restaurant, which really affected the overall atmosphere.
We were told the sauna and other amenities required reservations because they were busy, but they appeared empty. The sauna was also barely warmer than room temperature.
Beautiful location, but the interior, cleanliness, and amenities need improvement to justify the premium price.

The hotel overall was fine. We had dinner at Fletchers and the service was terrible and the timing in delivering the courses was awful.
