« Pros: Plenty of space and location. A fantastic place to explore the island from and there was everything we needed such as shops, bars and eateries a short walk away. Cons: The cherry on the cake would have been outside space (roof terrace) to sit and have a coffee but this did not spoil our stay. »

« The apartment was lovely and clean and right next to La Garita Beach. We took the local bus into Las Palmas for the day and this was a very good service. It would have been nice to have some English literature in the apartment for excursions etc. Thank you »

"Lorsque je suis arrivee a l'hotel, l'hotel avait perdu ma reservation. Ils m'ont soutenu pendant une demie-heure qu'ils ne travaillaient pas avec Hotels.com, voulaient que je quitte l'etablissement, refusaient de prendre toute responsabilite, voulant que ce soit moi qui contacte Hotels.com, meme lorsque je leur montrais pour la 4e fois le mail de confirmation qu'ils m'avaient eux-meme envoye!! Cela a dure une heure jusqu'a ce qu'ils remettent la main sur ma reservation (dans leurs spams!). Quand j'ai enfin pu obtenir ma chambre, ils m'avaient attribue une chambre simple alors que j'avais reserve une chambre double. Oui, une chambre double, c'est plus cher, donc ils voulaient me refiler une chambre moins chere que ce que j'avais paye et garder la double. J'ai finalement obtenu une chambre double, spacieuse et propre, rien a redire. De l'eau dans le frigo, mais uniquement gazeuse. J'ai reclame a plusieurs reprises de l'eau plate, cela n'a jamais ete fait. Statistiquement, il y a plus de chances que les gens aiment moins l'eau petillante que l'eau plate. Il y avait des capsules de cafe, mais pas de machine a cafe. J'ai du la reclamer, et n'ai pu avoir la machine que 24h plus tard. Les premieres capsules de cafe etaient gratuites, mais si j'en voulais d'autres, il fallait payer. Du the, mais pas de bouilloire. Pour finir, une odeur d'egout dans le hall de l'hotel. L'hotel n'est pas mal, mais peu d'attention a l'equipement des chambres, et personnel pas a l'ecoute des clients."

"Mensonger ! Nous avons pris 2 chambres avec supplément vue mer ….alors oui l’eau est visible mais derrière une voie rapide et en fait c est une vie port industriel ….pas une vie mer !! Même pris pr les 2\. Chambres alors que l’une était vraiment plus petite , À chaque fois sdb ouverte sans intimité , mais ds l une des chambres il faut traverser les toilettes pr accéder à la douche . Isolation très mauvaise, on est vraiment SUR la voie rapide. Une machine à café mais même pas 1 capsule d accueil. Aucun verre ds la chambre . Sur le toit un gd jacouzzi avec 4 transats , faut arriver très tôt pr avoir une place . Ne vaut pas son prix . Beaucoup de regret. "
