"All in all the place is great, no complaints. Full of little quirks though: you can absolutely find places with a lot more space in the same price range and general area.A few things to note which don't appear in the listing:- "no hidden fees" except insurance (or a 3 grand deposit for which the host has no accounting duty)- the pictures you see is the entirety of the living space, there is nothing else; that means close to zero counter space, two folding tray tables, and yes it's a Murphy bed- the bathroom feels gigantic by comparison, but the bathtub is only accessible through two steps, kind of visible in the bottom right of the picture (i.e. not accessible if you don't have steady feet)- oven / range is overpowered if you intend to use it (it's not like you can do any hosting, but let's say you don't want to eat out every night or something)- make sure you pull on the door when locking / unlocking it, the latch will be iffy otherwise- bonus lizards (one pictured)"
