The neighborhood worked out perfectly. It was quiet, serene. It was easy to find where everything was located in the home. There is no central AC which we were initially worried about when we arrived on a hot day, but had zero issues sleeping at night. The temperature worked out just fine. We were only in town for the weekend for a niners game and we were in a perfect location. Less than 15 minutes away from San Jose airport and about 12 minutes away from Levi stadium. The location was perfect for us and Adela was very accommodating, we were able to check in a little early and she checked in on us drink our stay to ensure we didn’t need anything. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, including an electric kettle, blender, toaster, sponges and dish soap. The washer and dryer are large and there is laundry soap and dryer sheets. While there isn’t AC in this property, there are tower fans in each room and we were very comfortable. If you care about mattress density, the beds are on the firmer side. There’s a pretty little fenced and furnished patio in the back. We were able to fit a minivan in the space in front of the garage which we rented to buy a bike for our son going to college. There is enough parking on the street for another car as well, if not two cars. All together it was a very nice stay in a quiet neighborhood, and we highly recommend it! ##### Liv C.
