"The front desk person who checked us into room 1001 on Saturday, Sept 12 was such a delight. Super friendly and welcomed us with the biggest smile. I was really surprised that the quality of the room, clearly is, location. I was also really surprised with how easy it was to walk over to Mandalay Bay and all of the amenities that were a long way. I didn't feel like we had to leave the property. I mean obviously we came there for the raider game but other than that we didn't venture off to any other hotels besides these two. I have never stayed at this hotel and I was just really blown away by our stay. Once again hats off to the gentleman who checked us in. I hope that he is recognized for excellent customer service."

"Well when I check in I told the front desk needed a shower Chair we checked in at 3 pm we went up to the room left our luggage in thr room then left out for the day got back around 10 at night mo shower chair I called the front desk it took like 45 minutes to get one . So I had to wait to take a shower till I got the chair . It's a lack of service from the customer service department they didnt do their job and they put my need a priority first .... So I might be looking for another hotel now to stay at I'm going back in March ."
