The property has a very nice 9 feet deep heated indoor pool although there was no hot tub available. The property is older and typical for a Ramada Inn and shows it's age but has newer bedding and decor to allow for a comfortable stay.

I'll start by saying it wasn't awful. It was clean enough, in a convenient location for what we needed, and the price was great. We were traveling to see family and we had our dog with us, so we needed a place that allowed pets. It's an older motel and you can tell they've been trying to update it. It's a little shabby, but it's a perfectly acceptable place to spend a few nights as long as you aren't looking for anything fancy. They offer a few breakfast, but we only tried it once and weren't super impressed. There were decent options, but nobody there to tidy up, so there was crusted waffle batter in a cup and sticky syrup on the counter. There was also some sketchy stuff going on the first morning we were there and we couldn't leave because we were blocked in by multiple police cars. Again, the place is fine. It's not fancy, but clean enough that you aren't worried about bugs or anything.

The bed was very comfortable. The rooms had been recently renovated. Everything was clean. The pool was warm best in Mountain Home! The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was refreshing to find a place that takes pride in their hotel. I highly recommend it.

It’s great for people with dogs. However it’s not quiet and the bed was horrible. The bathroom was so small. Holes in the shower curtain. The staff was nice. The continental breakfast was disappointing bc it wasn’t anything there at 7:30 am on a Friday morning. We stayed in 128 but it’s great for the dogs bc the floor isn’t carpet and there is a big area for them to run.

Easy check-in. Neat clean room with comfy beds. Located conveniently to unload our dogs and also take our daughter around the corner to the door pool. Pool was fabulous. Breakfast okay. Overall stay was fabulous.

Awesome stay. Pool area was wonderful, friendly staff (every person we worked with were extremely kind and helpful), set up movies in the ballroom for the kids in the evenings on the projector screen with popcorn, just all around great stay! We had 4 rooms total and all were clean and spacious!

It was low on refrigerant so it wasn't going down below 70 on the temperature. As for the sheets, it had hair dye as we wash all our linens and towels with bleach, peroxide and other chemicals recommended by ECOLAB which removes all stains but hair dye. We apologize for overlooking this and we will be on top of this for future. Have been coming to Mtn Home for YEARS! Once owned property, then rented, then visit in RV, camping, and have always booked a room for convenience. We ALWAYS choose this place!!! This is our #1 bc of the friendly staff, price, and wonderful accommodations. The rooms are clean and the beds are the best I’ve ever slept in! This matters most to me bc I have bad back problems! I’m telling you, as a lifetime visitor of this area, this is the hotel I choose every single time. Others may look more appealing or and may be only a few dollars more or less, but this place has become family and you will become family too. Love this place hands down! We have a good relationship with a tattoo parlor here in town and they are the best I know if you are ever looking to add to the collection. Having a great bed makes a huge difference along with cleanliness in everyone's stay and we are always on top of it. We understand that it is an older hotel but many of our members enjoy the look and the memories it carries so we will modify it slowly but not so much that the previous memories will be erased. Nice sized rooms, comfortable beds, and loved the Dove soap, body wash, shampoo, etc. Only downside- this is an older hotel with low ceilings, and popcorn on them. Overall a quiet, clean place to sleep.

Pleasant stay
I came in for just a night after enjoying a wedding. My request to check in an hour early was cheerfully approved, although I ended up arriving at the normal check in time. It was appreciated that they were flexible to my needs. The place was clean and I had everything I needed. I had to call the front desk for help getting the TV to work as the previous guest had plugged things in differently and the TV was not on the correct HTMI source. The gentleman at the front desk volunteered to come up and take a look. He cheerfully arrived in about a minute and fixed the problem. While he was there I asked if there were a USP port to plug in my phone for charging as I had brought a charging cord, just not an electrical plug. He said he could bring me one, which I greatly appreciated as I didn't want to have to go dit in my car to charge my phone. It's the little things that guests remember and I will tell my friends and family how much I appreciated the help! The rooms circle a large entertainment room with a stage and a piano. Around 11pm a young boy decided to play the piano, although he had not experience in playing so it was more of banging on the keys. That kept me awake for a while. My name may be Karen but I an not "THAT" kind of Karen. I am not one to complain, but it might be nice to put a "closed" or "please don't play after 10pm" sign on the piano. It he could have played it, that would have been a different story! Overall I am happy with this location. Thank you.

This hotel has been one my favorites over the years. I've been coming here since I was little girl and now bring my little girl here. It is usually clean and in order. Last night my request was not met to have room by the pool as the employee said it would be. Also seen a roach whish are not common in this area and smelled musty and old. Floors were not clean and free of debris. No matter where you went debris was all over. It was disappointing over all this time. The pool was heated to descent temperature. And as always pool was amazing. The only reason we keep coming back here.

Fair price, fair room, but beware of 2am noise.
We got awakened at 2am by a rowdy crowd drinking and smoking right outside our window. I called the front desk to complain and got put on hold when they answered. I'm wondering why I needed to be put on hold at 2am. Anyway, they assured me they would take care of it. About 15 minutes later, they called me back to tell me they had quieted the crowd. However, we could still hear them outside our window so he assured me he would remove them. They did leave after that. Next time I see a chair sitting outside my motel room door, I will move it far away from my door. I think the people congregated there because a chair was sitting there. Overall, it was a fair motel stay. The room was clean and the bed was decently comfy. The breakfast was sparse, but it was free. There aren't many options to choose from in Mountain Home. But, after the 2am party outside my window, I probably won't stay here again.

As per our breakfast, we follow the Wyndham breakfast guidelines and have all the required items depicted there. It may be a minimal choice for some but if they require a bigger size breakfast buffet, we do have a restaurant attached with the building that we offer 20% discount for dining as well. Time to find a new place for the annual trip
The light switch at the door didn't work, the bathroom switch did. The standup lamp didn't work. The switches to the lights on the wall would turn on/off by touch when they were twisty knobs. The hair dryer started smoking when plugged in. The bed sheets were stained. The lady that checked us in was polite and friendly, the person checking us out, wrote down 2 of the items wrong and said thanks for staying and was done talking with me.

The staff were friendly and helpful, that's really the only nice thing I can say about the Ramada. The hallway leading to our room was filthy with dust and dirty built up on the air vents, the carpet appeared worn out and the walls looked dirty. Our room had stains on the floor, stains on the pillows, and the air vents appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. The doors leading to outside the building did not close all out lock. On top of all that, the clientele appeared to be of low quality and possibly abusing illict substances.

So disappointed! Probably one of the grossest places I’ve ever stayed. Felt filthy and ill at ease both nights. Adjoining rooms let in every sound - and smell - from neighbors on both sides. Not to mention when people traveling with a dog that cries & howls when they leave. The bathroom is utterly gross and there’s no excuse to not update things like disgusting ceiling tiles & caulking around the tub. I wish we’d have been able to afford to go elsewhere. Never again.

I would not have expected to see a facility so run down, so filthy, and so unsafe in a supposed first world country. The desk clerk was barely intelligible, as well as extremely unhelpful. When we chose not to sleep in such filth after a 15 minute walk through the facility and our rooms, he refused to cancel our 2nd night (although we did not even stay for the first).
