"They do have breakfast which is a great plus. Staff is decent but didn’t have a lot of interaction. My bedding did have a very strong urine smell which I am curious how they would miss it when they were putting the sheets on."

"Have stayed here many times and the room are clean beds comfortable. The only thing was the refrigerator was not turned on and I did not know it. Would help if they left it on for the guest."

"I booked a room to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. I ordered the flowers online and delivered to the lodge. The staff put the flowers in the room before we check in. Furthermore, they upgraded our room to theking bed with mountain view and also decorate our room for the birthday celebration. We really enjoyed this stay. The breakfast is great and they always have coffee, tea and cookies or pastries in the lobby. The only downside of this lodge is we could hear people walking upstairs, or talking next door. Overall, we really enjoy the stay."

"Staff was not very professional, guests were playing music in the hallways at 1am and yelling loudly from room to room. Room was decent, however pillows were very thin and small."

"The room was relatively clean. There was some weird dent or hole in the mattress. In the morning, around 5:30am, (I had to take my special needs sister for a test), I tried to shower but, as much as I tried, I could not get the water to turn on. I called the desk and there was no answer. I got ready and when I went down to the desk to check out, there was no one there. I left the keys on the counter."

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We chose it because it was in the perfect location and we had a great first experience. The staff is kind, helpful, engaging and accommodating! It is a super quiet location and we had no trouble sleeping as soon as our head hit the pillow. The facility could use a little cosmetic maintenance but overall it was awesome. The breakfast is always just what we need. I am a coffee snob and the coffee is delicious! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Was only here for a night, but the front desk people and the general staff around in the morning were super friendly and helpful. This will definitely be my new go to when I’m traveling to the area, which is often. One critique is I wish they had nice big visible cameras on every angle of the exterior to monitor to the parking lot."
