The VIP 35$ voucher was not mentioned at the reception desk upon arrival at the hotel, so I forgot about it. Disappointed I missed out on it as I ate in the restaurant and every morning in the cafe.

I’ve been staying at this property for over 40 years. It has gone through many owners over those years. The present owner is doing a terrible job of running a beautiful location.
It was impossible to get my room cleaned after many calls to front desk. Very frustrating. When I spoke to Manager offered me a $100 credit on my bill. I was insulted.
The terrible service and dirty room wrecked my vacation.
Be aware if you decide to stay there.
