"Amazing staff. Bed sheets were neat, clean and comfortable. Hotel smells musty very outdated can't use pool in or out. Game room takes coins. Not to mention spider webs."

"Loved everything about the property and location. Overall cleanliness is excellent. The room was very welcoming and clean except the shower. There was hair on the bodywash bottle and on the walls. Someone who has been in hospitality for over 15 years i understanding things can be missed unintentionally so it doesn't bother me as much. But it would help if the rooms were double checked."

"This was a great place to take my granddaughter her last day of school. She loves swimming. Pools are to cold ocean is freezing. Pool was very clean and hot tub very relaxing. Suggestion for pool area have a bathroom in or closer to pool rather then lounge and check in desk. Lounge is great every night they have something going on. You don’t have to stay but optional. Suggestion also in pool area on wall might consider address/ location in case of emergency 🚨 Food is reasonably priced, happy hour 4-6 and food is delicious. My granddaughter and I enjoyed our room. Out our window we had a babbling brook, wild life, a playground and a tiki bar. Would definitely recommend."

"Honestly, my family and I travel VERY often. This has to be one of the WORST stays we’ve experienced. Found bed bugs, pool had some molding around the edges and by chairs, pool and gym had codes in order to get in the doors which we needed to do about 3 times in order for them to work. On top of that there was a scary moment where the maintenance staff was caught peeping through peoples peak holes (including mine) and when confronted he lied and said he didn’t do that when I witnessed it with my own eyes. I could not believe it. My kids and I had to miss dinner because this man gave us the creeps to where we didn’t wanna leave our room until check out. It’s safe to say I did not sleep that night. I also woke up with bumps all over my leg ! There was also a lice bug in the bathroom (my kids and I did not have ANY SYMPTOMS of lice or bed bugs before arrival, concluding they 100% there upon arrival."
