Security lock on back of building did not lock. Smelt like pot in lobby and down hall. Dirt on elevator walls so thick you can draw in it. Whole place is filthy. Carpet in room full of dirt/crumbs. Needed vacuuming Water didnt go down tub. Toilet takes long time to go down after flush.

The mattress was stained ... the pillows were flat and green. The lobby couches were stained, the hotel smelled bad. The outside conditions were terrible, the hotel sign was broken, sidewalks bumpy, parking lot filled with holes. Would not recommend staying here!

It was a nice and clean place to stay. The indoor pool was nice could definitely be a little warmer but was a wonderful stay.

From the front entrance door not working to the general state of disrepair, this hotel needs a lot of work. Room deadbolt wouldn’t latch without lifting up the door to align it. Garbage in the hallways, dinghy sheets and towels, nonexistent pillows. If I didn’t have two kids way passed their bedtime I would’ve eaten the room fee and gone elsewhere.

This hotel I stood at front desk for 15 minutes no one came to help us there was mouse traps bye front desk outside the sigh was all ripped up parking lot potholes the pictures online was another hotel Expedia sold me insurance I had to go to another hotel had to pay more money Expedia would not even give me a refund so I would not use them again also

I left after I got there. Back door entrance broken and anyone could enter off the street. The privacy drape on the window was broken and falling off and the man at the front desk was nasty! Sleep in your car you'd be better off!

The pictures are fake the place is totally a disgrace no free breakfast. Not even a coffee machine the place smells like high powered cleaner or something I think it’s really a front for low income housing

Totally agree with other reviewers that this place needs a major renovation, especially in the common areas. It’s likely that post-renovation room prices will be higher though. It’s the first time I’ve encountered a no refund policy after 15 minutes. One can only imagine why that policy was initiated. The room itself was ok, although I imagine the epoxy-painted concrete floors might be cold in the winter. I suppose they are easier to clean than carpeting.

This property was very run down, they give you a paper to sign that says no refunds after 15 minutes of check in. The carpet in the room was very worn and stained, stains on the ceiling. Shower whistled when it was on. Towels were holy and thin. TV service was awful. I've stayed in many hotels around the world and this was by far the worse place I've stayed. Not worth even the $120.00 per night that I paid.

I would recommend caution. This property needs some serious updates and cleaning. I believe they are starting, but they have much work to do. However, the front desk staff was very professional and kind.

Hazardous and unsafe. Watch where you’re walking. Check on your vehicle. Wear a respirator (mold). Not ADA accessible. Beat up parking lot. Could use an inspection of some sort. Shut it down! 1 of 2 elevators not working. Broken side entrance doors that apparently required key access at some point. NOT secure. Sleep with one eye open. Or do not stay at all. Better off pitching a tent in woods. Pictures are deceiving to say the least. Beware of hidden charges. Honestly, just stay away. The place looks abandoned from the main road.

This Place is an absolute dump. Any positive review anywhere must be fake. The Building is in disrepair, signage barely readable / completely destroyed, parking lot in shambles, exterior doors broken / littered with handwritten looseleaf notes. The interior was just as dilapidated as the interior. I refused to stay here and the staff refused to stay here and the staff refused to give me any sort of refund, even for the second night that I booked! 0/10. lesson learned, never book somewhere that's not part of a chain. I was their ideal clientele, they got my money and I did not even stay at their establishment.

The staff is nice especially the lady that works behind the desk, but the hotel is ran down it outdated carpet has stains on it the toilet has rust stains. Overall the hotel is in fair condition and that’s being nice. I only had to stay one night. But like I said the staff was nice.

The property is very sketchy. There might have been 10 cars in the parking lot. None of the signs around the property were in English. The hotel looks like it is run down and dirty.

This place has seen better days! That’s for sure!! As far as the staff.. very friendly! No issues there! But that’s where it stops as far as a good review. It is rundown from the outside in! We were greeted with an overpowering smell of curry that took over the entire first floor! The lobby area furniture along with the furniture in the rooms is filthy and outdated. The elevator is disgusting as was the toilet in our room. We checked out early the next morning and went to another hotel !
